Traineeship

Details:

To study this course, you need to be signed up as a trainee and employed in an administration role. This course offers you the opportunity to improve your core office skills across a wide range areas. Topics covered are providing quality customer service, preparing documents and accounts, maintaining records, stock control and using a range of software applications such as Word and Excel so you can be confident and effective in your workplace. Traineeship

Details:
