“I completed Certificate II in Workplace Skills, and it was awesome! I joined this course to get a head start in business skills, hoping to continue studying in this field.

At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but our Business trainer, Jayden Cooke, made the program really interesting and fun. We learned through quizzes, games and videos. The team activities helped us to work together.

I learned how to interact with customers and understand important policies, procedures and safety requirements. Jayden was always there to help when I had trouble with anything, which made a huge difference.
