Community College Gippsland are seeking a highly organised and quality-focused Lead Teacher to help lead a high-performance culture that is focussed on high-quality implementation of the ECG education Model, provide appropriate student management responses and drive improvements in student’s engagement.
The role
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and Middle School Curriculum Lead to deliver a guaranteed and viable curriculum in the ECG year 9/10 program.
- Ensure compliance with ECG policies and procedures.
- Student Management responses aligned to ECG policies and procedures.
- School tours and enrolment interviews for prospective clients.
- Campus-level Naplan coordination.
- Campus-level Pat Testing coordination.
- Support and implement College initiatives as directed by line management.
- Campus Safety Warden.
Requirements
- Clear Police check
- Clear Working with Children check
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Post Graduate Education Qualification
- 5+ years of teaching experience
- Full VIT Registration
