In Classroom

You will gain an overview of the hospitality industry, knowledge and experience from a qualified chef, answering all your questions on what is required in the hospitality industry. You will complete a Do Food Safely assessment, recognised by the Department of Health Victoria and develop hospitality essentials including customer service, food handling basics, and workplace skills.
