This four week program will focus on developing the skills and knowledge you need to prepare yourself for entry into the Contact Centre industry in the Latrobe Valley/Gippsland area. You will be introduced to industry professionals directly, and undergo real-life recruitment models, industry tours and listen to guest speakers to best prepare you for employment.
