We provide alternative senior secondary school pathways with hands-on, practical, empowering learning for our students.
Role
We are seeking an attentive and friendly school administrator to join our fun team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support for all ECG school functions and activities in a professional, positive, and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of administrative tasks including managing processes, providing services, responding to queries, supporting committees, project administration and producing reports in accordance with agreed standards and time frames.
- Assist with data entry including transfers between schools and checking the integrity of class lists, also student enrolments, attendance, and timetabling.
- Provide sound and timely advice, guidance, and support to teaching staff, students and parents/carers as required.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders and use these to support and facilitate service delivery.
- Assist with the preparation of reports or submissions for the senior managers.

Requirements
- Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Police and Working with Children Checks
- Qualification in office administration or related area, and/or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or knowledge and skills in an education-based environment
