What are Life Skills courses?

Classes designed to help you connect with people, explore new interests and develop everyday skills for a better life.

All adults are welcome to join us, no matter your age or ability! Our classes are small, friendly and fun. The program is also suitable for people on NDIS plans (more on this below).

There are so many reasons to join us!

How do I get started?

  1. Call or drop in
Come and chat to us about the programs that interest and inspire you! You can drop in to your local campus or phone us on 5622 6000.
  2. Enrol and pay
Don’t miss out – book your place by completing our simple enrolment form and paying your fees. We are here to help you with your paperwork and make the process easy
  3. Enjoy!
Learn new things, make new friends and discover new possibilities

NDIS funding may be available to support your participation in a Lifestyle and Life Skills program. We recommend that NDIS participants discuss the program with their coordinators to see if training aligns with their plan. This may provide financial support or enable a carer to participate with you.
